Tom finds the problem with my airconditioner and repaired it without replacing my unit with new parts. Charges only for the labor even though he could easily tack on a few hundred more for parts.I had been to all three major mercedes dealers in my neighborhood and some independents and no one even comes close to his honest service.Highly recommended but make sure you can afford the time as Tom has a lot of loyal customers.Henry Read more on Yahoo
