The crystal limousine services and tours review should be taken down. This service completely ruined my sweet sixteen yesterday, June 14th, 2009. First of all, they came 30 minutes late and sent a DIFFERENT service (All Starz) to come pick us up. The price was raised $123 more than the promise price made on the phone when the limo guy went there. The limo was supposed to be decorated with birthday things, have soda, and party favors and this did not happen. The cd player in the limo ate up my cd. The guy driving the limo was extremely rude and basically looked at my party and said he refused to take us. So as we were all sitting in the limo, enjoying ourselves, waiting to take off, he opens the door, orders everyone to get out, and drives off with my whole party standing on my drive way confused. This made us have to beg the restaurant to hold our reservation for an hour longer so we could at least carpool up to the dinner. Sweet Sixteens are supposed to be the best night of a girls life and this was the worst night of mine all thanks to this stupid limousine service.
