Went in to make a small purchase. just needed to replace my dishwasher. i was looking for something inexpensive. They treated me like i was buying a really expensive model. I ended up buying one that was a little more then i wanted to spend but i am extremely happy with it. they have great service and a very inviting place to shop.
Pros : big selection, great staff, offerered me free coffee.
Purchased a defective stove and it took 4 months for the store to replace the unit. The customer service manager tried to get the stove repaired, but the service contractor could not get the part in one piece. I was patient but very frustrating. Be ware when buying from the Long Beach store.
Pros : good selection
Cons : bad customer service. they will not exchange any items that is defected.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you suffered. We did however, get your range serviced and repaired. We do exchange defective merchandise, once the servicer deems it defective.
