BAD customers service Bad service: I had my hair done by one of the guys, the color was not done properly, I spent a lot of money to color my hair only to have my hair look like c--p. I was going to have my nails done I waited about half an hour and still the lady did NOT take me in. I waisted my time to hire a babysitter, took time off work only to waiste time. If you want excelent Service try the NEWPORT BEACH BELLAGIO AND SPA SALON. I am NEVER going to the Irvien Salon again.
